Alien “Wow” Signal Examined Again At A Different Frequency

this “happening” is STILL a mystery…

Many of us are familiar with the S.E.T.I. program and the general search for extraterrestrials.  And the famous signal of 1977 is being examined at a different frequency in this video.  Here is the intro:

Lets crack this alien signal!

The Wow! signal was a strong narrowband radio signal detected by Jerry R. Ehman on August 15, 1977, while he was working on a SETI project at the Big Ear radio telescope of The Ohio State University, then located at Ohio Wesleyan University’s Perkins Observatory in Delaware, Ohio.[1] The signal bore the expected hallmarks of non-terrestrial and non-Solar System origin. It lasted for the full 72-second window that Big Ear was able to observe it, but has not been detected again.

And in case you didn’t hear the S.E.T.I. program just received 100 million dollars from a Russian billionaire to restart the science program.  Can you imagine and do you think they will finally find something or get more info about this “signal”?  We may indeed progress to the point where we find other forms of life.

Let’s see what they found in the video on page 2

Is it just me or if it we’re slowed down and the pitch we’re lowered some it would sound like our firs AOL boot up of course that’s not posibe cause of the date that it was recorded but still

Point is to try and maybe understand the “wow” that came from the stars.
I don’t know if you know about this but the thing that you listened to came from a man that spent alot of his time listing to the stars.
From all of his data everything but this, what we now call the wow, was different and definitely something other then just space and stars.
Truly amazing but to this day we still no nothing more about what it was or where is came from.
I even think it’s even one of the top 5 things that us baffled and can’t figure out.

Definitely sounds like a modem signal receiving data. Could be a binary signal of sorts. I would think if it is a alien signal there would be some coordinates in the sky it came from. Just a signal with no data on origin sounds fishy. You would think that someone recorded the origin point and with the new technology we have they would be looking at that spot. Or I could simply be one of are space probes sending back data that was intercepted by seti. Without any more info on it its just noise

Hmmm, I thought this had been thoroughly sussed out as an asteriod or other near-earth object and not an alien signal. Maybe I was wrong.

One of the engineers on Ground Zero with Clyde Lewis radio show figured out that the wow signal was police band radio. You could clearly hear human speech in it.

Interesting, but could of been pulsar or something else natural, or decaying signal, but the likely that its alien, I just don’t think that the technology would be the same, it would make more Since if it originated from earth in the past or future

I don’t hear anything but random noise, but I’m certainly no expert. But no, doesn’t sound like anything to me.

Could be from anything. If alien it could be hard to decifer. Should be reexamine and might find out what it means, or it’s origin.

Fleeting noises happen daily. How common is it to disregard the sound of a bird flapping it’s wings as it flys near. The ants collected this sound wave, say it’s from 20 zillion light years away ( because they can’t see or reach where it came from) commit to a conspiracy theory and spend years trying to figure out the noise which will never happen because the bird will never be back to that exact location. By the way, what is a bird. Oh my, the millions we will spend!

Alright look. On ground zero with Clyde Lewis they played the wow signal and slowed it down or something and it was some cb chatter with police codes in it.
