One Bizarre Quantum Entanglement Experiment Changes the Way You “Look at” Things

is this possible?

These experimenters have come to the conclusion that reality doesn’t exist until you look at it.  The most famous evidence in support of this is the quantum entanglement experiment.  Here is some more background from the studies at Australian National University:

Quantum laws tend to contradict common sense. At that level, one thing can be two different things simultaneously and be at two different places at the same time. Two particles can be entangled and, when one changes its state, the other will also do so immediately, even if they are at opposite ends of the universe – seemingly acting faster than the speed of light.

Particles can also tunnel through solid objects, which should normally be impenetrable barriers, like a ghost passing through a wall. And now scientists have proven that, what is happening to a particle now, isn’t governed by what has happened to it in the past, but by what state it is in the future – effectively meaning that, at a subatomic level, time can go backwards.

And are you familiar with the other aspect of the double slit experiment.  Light can be considered to be a particle and a wave.  There is a pretty cool demonstration of this by youtber veritasium.

Ok are you ready to have your mind completely blown or what?

Let’s watch a video on this totally trippy concept on page 2

If memory serves the idea that information was traveling faster than light was heavily contested. The idea being that when you observe one, you instantly know the other, is not the same as when you observe one you have actually effected the other. You didn’t make one spin one way and suddenly the other is spinning the other way. You simply observed which was doing which and when. You hvent changed an outcome. It’s like having two balls in a bag one blue and one red. You pull oht one ball and it’s red. You then know the other is blue, but you haven’t turned it blue you simply knew something before having to actually observe it.
