BAM…Take that!

Science fiction has been passed we are now in bizarro world.  In one country they are actually training real eagles to disarm drones…you read that correctly.  The police department is working with a security firm to train these birds.  They even have a video showing some of the action although the narration is in dutch.  Here is more on the story:

The Dutch police have joined forces with Guards From Above, a firm in The Hague who specialize in training birds of prey for private security, to help protect the skies from rogue drones. With some training, the eagles recognize the drones as prey, which they then disable with their talons and return to a safe place.
