The comments on this one are all over the place from space fans and random people who came across this video.  Here is one of the more informative comments:

Some of these signals possibly came from a pulsars Pulsars/Neutron stars are a result of a supernova explosion and they emit radio waves which are sometimes mistaken that the radio waves came from extraterrestrials and maybe you’re thinking “Blackholes are the result of a supernova explosion right?” Well, there is a chance it might be a blackhole or it might be a pulsars/neutron stars(btw pulsars always has an s in the end) Fun fact: Just a teaspoon of neutron particles weigh as much as a mountain because the particles are so tight to each other they produce more weight.Just imagine a group of balls being squished in every direction with so much pressure, that is why neutron particles are sooooo heavy. -Emd na(THAT’S ME MUM)
