Whoa!

The ever adventurous styropyro does it again with this awesome homemade laser.  Here is how he describes it:

I finally got a hold of a carbon dioxide laser, this one packing 40W of output power. This laser’s power puts the power of all my other lasers to shame. It’s wavelength is 10600nm, deep into the IR range.
