The illusive state of hovering.  We all remember Back to the Future part II where Marty McFly skates around town on a hovering skateboard.  Well now these inventors have layed out the spec for an actual hoverbike.  This inventor has spent years of research and development.  This prototype would fly like a helicopter but is rugged and easy to use.
