Mysterious Bright Spots on Ceres Have Changed - Part 6

What is going on this just happened. If you have been keeping updated in 2015 and 2016 you will know about these strange bright spots on the dwarf planet Ceres. Apparently they are unexplainably bright. Many astronomers think it is salt that is reflecting the sun or ice but many people think those theories are bogus. And now, they have changed and here is what happened:

This artist’s impression video is based on a detailed map of the surface compiled from images taken from NASA’s Dawn spacecraft in orbit around the dwarf planet Ceres. It shows the very bright patches of material in the crater Occator and elsewhere. New observations using the HARPS spectrograph on the ESO 3.6-metre telescope at La Silla in Chile have revealed unexpected daily changes on these spots, suggesting that they change under the influence of sunlight as Ceres rotates.

Whoa!! What does that say about the chemical make up? Or could it be organisms that respond to light very differently?
