
There have been some very complex telescopes that have been built in the last few decades. The one that made this finding was in Mexico:
The astronomers made the find using Mexico’s Large Millimeter Telescope and data recorded by the European Space Agency’s Planck and Herschel space observatories.

We live in an exciting era, when human beings are close to observing the universe back in time throughout the entirety of its history.
Just a note, “the entirely of its history” assumes we are able to measure this. A lot of scientists as well as experiments with quantum entanglement are turning this notion around.
