Do you know why?

Most astronomers take the existence of black holes as a given.  Although there are a few different types of debates in regards to their properties, most, but not all, do take them to be real.  That being said, they can be a bit elusive in spotting.  The reason is that you can’t exactly see them directly.  Observing propeties around them is what tells us a lot.
