that’s a good thing although no one mentions it..
If we want to make scientific progress in any area it will take collaboration. This is a good thing and it would be cool if there was more discussion about this, especially for astronomy fans. Well we are bringing this up to encourage working together. However, this particular mission didn’t seem to be a huge success. Here is a bit more information on when this happened and what China had to say about the moon’s atmosphere (or lack thereof)
“There is no atmosphere on the Moon, so unlike Earth, the ultraviolet light from celestial objects can be detected on the Moon,” Jing Wang from the National Astronomical Observatories in Beijing told New Scientist.
The telescope arrived on the Moon with the Chang’e 3 lander, which carried the Chinese Yutu rover, also known as the Jade Rabbit, in December 2013. The rover since hasn’t faired so well, after struggling to survive the days-long lunar nights, and it finally stopped transmitting data in March this year.
This is very cool and when it comes to science it is about progress and cooperation! So if you don’t succeed try again. We will be posting more updates from international space missions.
thanks to sciencealert.com for the great info
thanks to Igni/Wikimedia for the pic

Yes, I knew that, but have not heard much about it, other than it’s there. Has it done anything yet? Would they tell us if it did?
Fix your shitty website. Your ads are apparently more important than content. They are sometimes the only thing to load, if anything at all. You don’t allow horizontal scrolling and your content runs off the page so it’s impossible to read. I’ll fix it for you if the price is right. I’d like to read your articles.
