Just a note Moore’s law the co-founder of Intel stated where every 18 months the number of transistors that could fit on a chip doubles. It is often misquoted nowadays as it refers to transistors but has been used for computing power in general and the like. That being said with changes in computing architecture maybe that is a better use of the symantic value. Anyways if you don’t have $100,000 to pony up for an Excimer machine see how this suits you:
Note do not try this at home and only in a safe lab with a professional. Ok here is what the engineer in this video uses:
- Laser cutter
- Etching chemicals
- Band saw
- Drill press
- Sheet of acrylic (under 1/4 inch thick)
- Black spray paint (used as resist)
- Solid core wire (24 gauge or thinner)
We hope you enjoy the video and don’t attemp this without the supervision of a professional and in a safe environment.
