Have you ever heard of ferrofluid?  It is a strange substance that was invented in 1963 and it has magnetic properties while maintaining its fluid form.  In the video this home experimenter makes a really cool sculpture using this stuff and some magnetic force.  Note:  Don’t try this without the supervision of a professional.
