In NASA’s ambitious plan to send people to the moon, there is a 3 phase plan.  How much of this is science fiction and how much of this is science reality?  It is fascinating and 2015 has already been quite the year for new pics of Mars.  And here is phase number one:

Phase one is called Earth Reliant, and we’re already well into it – it involves research projects carried out on the International Space Station (ISS), looking at how living in space for extended periods of time can affect the human body.
