They Found Salt Water On Mars

This is the technology they used to detect the composition of the liquid:

Spectral data from MRO’s Compact Reconnaissance Imaging Spectrometer for Mars instrument (CRISM) observed four different locations where the RSL are most extensive. The data showed evidence of three different hydrated salts – magnesium perchlorate, magnesium chlorate and sodium perchlorate – at all four locations, indicating that salty water (also called brine) flows are responsible for the RSL activity.

Where could this be coming from?  Well, they have a few theories:

The water could form by the melting of surface or subsurface ice, but the likelihood of near-surface ice around the equatorial region is slim. Another possibility is the seasonal discharge of a local aquifer, but also unlikely. Since the salts have the potential to absorb moisture from the atmosphere through a process known as deliquescence, that could be another possibility

This is absolutely huge.  Now, if they could get samples of this salt water, there is a good chance they might find evidence of some kind of bacteria or something else!

I’m predicting they announce proof of extra terrestrial life within the next year! Mark my words! Shits going to start getting really strange in the next few years with all this new technology. Between cern and the hubble telescope we are really pushing the boundries.

You must be one of those moronic uneducated millennials everyone’s talking about. Go back to school…. A real school, not some churchie “school”

I just dont take anything as real not even what my eyes make show me, I question everything and if science is so fact based they should have no problem answering (in many different ways mind you) these basic questions. If the earth isnt flat then there is something very strange about it that makes it differant then any other planet we can find

also why are there BOOT prints in this picture?? oh thats right because all pics from “mars” are fake and taken in greenland which looks EXACTLY like “Mars”

Did you really go to YouTube as your main source? Lmfao and You’re a millennial if you were born from 1980 and up. Mann you’re stupid.

i also dont give a$#%&!@*what a millennial but if it is a generation that has grown up with the internet access and therefore makes then question everything the GOVERMENT says then yes ill be one

Byron Cardozo. The Earth is different in what way? Earth is physically no different to other planets. If the Earth is flat then why do ships appear to sink as they go over the horizon? How can I call my relatives in other countries, on the opposite side of the globe, and have them tell me it’s dark when I am in light? Why do countries in the Southern hemisphere have opposite seasons to those in the North? Why do we see the curve of the Earth when we fly in a high flying plane? Why do temperatures change with latitude?

The answer to all these is that we live on a globe.

Why are you asking ME these questions for any answer i give you will be mocked and made fun of. DO YOUR OWN QUESTIONING AND RESEARCH for the answers to these questions you might be suprised. I am not here to hold your hand as you explore reality im just here to bring up possiblities you may not have considered

Without reading, I’m guessing they did not find salt water, just deme ants of what use to be there. Since we already know Mars use to have oceans.?
