What happens when you put 1,500 ping pong balls in liquid nitrogen?  These brave experimenters attempted this and filmed it!  Note do not try the experiment without the supervision of a professional.

What do you think happened?  Liquid nitrogen is super cold so does the cool temperature make a vacuum within the ping pong balls?  or does it have a different effect?
