Wait what?  This home inventor and experimenter has made a very clever steam engine of sorts.  Using solar power and a bit of ingenuity this  device is described as such:

Using a mylar blanket and a trash can lid to make a parabolic mirror the sunlight powers a small steam engine.

Just a note:  Do not try this without the supervision of a professional.
