What’s your thoughts on Wim Hof? He holds the world record for staying in ice. He claims he is able to control his body temperature, which allows him to stay in ice for over an hour. I think right now his record stands somewhere around 1 hour and 50 minutes. He also climbed mount Kilimanjaro in his shorts, and ran a marathon in Namib desert without water. He also claims he can teach anyone to do this.
