Why Does Earth Have Life and Not Mars?

What are your thoughts?

Mars’ lack of an atmosphere is only PART of the reason.

You may or may not be aware of Earth’s magnetic field and its importance.  When we think of inhabitable environments we often focus on things like DNA, cellular communication and the like.  However we are protected from a brilliant mechanism that wards off space stuff like asteroids and radiation as well.  Here is how astronomers describe it:

Earth’s magnetic field, which protects the planet from harmful blasts of solar radiation, is much older than scientists had previously thought, researchers say. In fact, this invisible, protective shield likely existed shortly after the planet formed — a finding that could shed light on why Earth is habitable and Mars is not.

Without Earth’s magnetic field, solar winds — streams of electrically charged particles that flow from the sun — would strip away the planet’s atmosphere and oceans. As such, Earth’s magnetic field helped to make life on the planet possible, researchers have said.

Let’s check out a diagram and pics of the magnetic field in the video on page 2

That’s a stupid question if one
Is even remotely educated in the least.
And Mars hasn’t been proven barren just yet. It will take humans on Mars with advanced tech to settle the matter.

There is no proof of war on Mars.
To have war one must have advanced life with the technological prowess to create war machines.

There is a lot of resemblances between earth and mars, unexplainable in its self and we do a damn good job of creating and destroying. Einstein said he was sorry for creating the most destructive thing possible.
