The commenst as you might expect are very spirited. One of the viewers had this to say:
Wow this gives an idea of what sort of odd life we can encounter if we should ever set foot on an alien planet with life, last one looked like something straight out of Calvin’s fantasies about Spaceman Spiff.
It is a valid reference point (albeit with some humor) that many of these resemble what we might expect to find on an alien planet. And then again life might take extremely different forms than we could imagine.
Here is another related comment in reply to some of the skeptics:
