First the narrator does a simple touch demo to show that it works.  Next, he uses a photo sharing demo to display sorting and arranging similar to any touch screen device application.  Where it gets really cool is during the video game demonstration.  The narrator seems to be playing a game similar to asteroids which was popular in the arcade game days of the 80s.  Except the characters in the game slide down from vertical to horizontal where the players zap em with lazers.

This is rad and imagine the possibilities in the future, expecially for competitive gaming.  Different types of terrain and unthought of scenarios could be deployed just moving away from a pure flat 2D screen.
