Are they in those galaxies?

There has been a lot of debate around the topic of extraterrestrials and this video will make you THINK.  From the SETI program that started in the 1970s to the hubble space telescope, there have been different techniques to try to locate extraterrestrials.  Some even suggested analyzing old SETI messages in depth, in particular from the galaxy Messier 13 to see if there is something there.
