When electricity was applied some amazing plasma formations developed. Between the two CERN dome shape field emitters, an incredible sun like ball of light formed and solar flare like emissions coming from the core. Different spacing parameters and orientation of the emitters were tested to see the effects they had. In addition several different purging gases were used to see what effects they would have on the plasma. They included:
- ordinary air
- argon
- helium
- hydrogen
After several days of experimentation, the models were taken out of the chamber and photographed. There were very colorful glass deposits that formed around the opening of the miniaturized headquarters. Since the properties of the building itself exhibit unusual physical properties this the CERN collider program all that more mysterious.
