The focus on exoplanets has increased as one of the ways to search for other forms of life. Â And our closest neighbor star Alpha Centauri is only 4 light years away (3.9 to be exact). Â So, we have found an exoplanet in that star system which is extremely close by cosmic standards. Â With telescopes such as ESO and new ones being built, this makes for an interesting subject of research. Â Perhaps we could even travel there one day?
