First A Pyramind On Mars Now A Space Crab?

Here is a statement on this recent pic:
The Center for SETI Research’s director and senior astronomer says there’s no cause for alarm as the crab sighting is simply an example of pareidolia, a mental phenomenon that causes people to see specific objects in arbitrary formations. He also told the Huffington Post, “Recognizing a crab in a landscape…is no more surprising…than seeing a winking face in a semi-colon followed by a parenthesis. ;)”

The raw image taken by NASA Curiosity somewhere in July was hugely discussed in the Facebook group ‘Journey to the Surface of the Mars’.

“Now this one is AWESOME!!!” wrote the group whose slogan is “They will not tell the truth about MARS.” They even enlarged the NASA image and so that the world could have a better look of ‘the creature’.
