This girl made a vortex fire cannon at home need I say more?  Using properties of physics here is more on how she did this and her inspiration:

In this video I show how easy it is to make a vortex shooter out of an old paint bucket. All you need to make the vortex ring cannon is an old paint bucket, something to cut it with, and a garbage bag!
Add a little butane and you can shoot fire vortex from across the room! Add some smoke and you can be shooting smoke rings!

I drew inspiration for this video after attending a X-LABS show at University of South Florida.
