Whoever this inventor is he makes some cool stuff.  He also states “Again: Not for sale, NO tutorials, NO plans, no where no how.
Please respect it and just enjoy the video.”  I guess he gets a lot of requests which may indicate that a lot of people email and call him to purchase his inventions.  Well if you thought night vision goggles were cool how about laser beam goggles?!  This is awesome.  Needless to say do not attempt this without the supervision of a professional.
