Flooding has been a problem for a long time, and has become an even bigger problem with the advent of long roads made of concrete.  Now, a team from Europe has invented a new type of concrete that can absorb enormous amounts of water.  This is for real, and they demonstrate it when a dump truck unloads 4,000 liters of water on it.
