These incredible new tiny robots can do amazing things.  First off, they can jump 7 times their height.  Usually robots are not constructed like origami which opens up a new type of thinking in how robots are made:

Researchers at EPFL have come up with a folding, reconfigurable robot that is capable of crawling and jumping. Modelled on the inchworm, it represents a new paradigm in robotics.
