Supermassive Black Hole is a Monster

Black holes are theorized as extremely dense and in the center of galaxies, where light cannot even escape.  What about a supermassive black hole?  This video goes into depth about this mysterious universal phenomenon.  A collapsed neutron star can weigh 100 million tons per one teaspoon which is hard to imagine.  So what makes these supermassive ones different and how big are they?
