Every now and then there comes along an invention that makes you say “Why didn’t I think of that”?  The inventor  Chet Baigh has made bike wheels that are still sturdy like spokes but have some bendable properties to absorb shock.  Normally when one thinks of a shock absorber you think of typical spring shocks.  And what’s even more “shocking” haha is that he made one of the prototypes in the video out of parts that you could get at Home Depot.
