The web, the net and the deep web are all different.  Who knew right?  Most people just associate the term web and net synonymously.  The ever interesting and unique VSauce makes a solid video illustrating the actual differences in data flow, history and user experience of the different structures.  The history of the internet unfolded a bit differently that you might think.  And a few on this topic might remember one of the first commercial ISPs Prodigy and Compuserve.
