How in the world do you staff a teaching institution? I’ve watched two of these by different guys, and they may be brilliant, but their ability to convey that to lay people is elusive. To find someone that smart, that competent in what they do, who is also able to connect with a learner, must be a monumental task. Your entire field is commended for what goes on away from the public.
