Why Can’t Sooo Many People Can’t Eat Bread? This MIT Scientist May Have The Answer

Many of us have heard about the “No Gluten” craze which means no flour.  I even thought this was the latest Hollywood fad when I had first heard about it..come on no wheat flour??  It’s in everything.  Bread, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, crackers, burritos you name it.  How is it possible that a growing percentage of the population are considered “gluten intollerant” where they may suffer discomfort when eating food made from wheat?  Stephanie Seneff bravely does an interview in about her controversial findings in regards to a theory of why certain people can’t eat these foods. And I say brave because a lot of people tried to discredit her findings)
