The Cheyenne River in North Dakota has a perfect circle of ice probably fifty feet in diameter (maybe more) circling in perfect motion. There is no explanation and the narrator seems perplexed as well. In the Pacific Ocean and other large bodies of non flowing water whirlpool phenomenon have been observed. In this case there is no known explanation.
Can you explain this with basic physics or is there some more complicated factors?

This is a well documented and understood natural phenomenon that is in no way shocking or mysterious.
Very old story, and it’s due to subsurface currents.
Cause it’s cold
When the ice broke off it got caught in that certain spot and grind it against the other is as it was spinning to create the perfect circle and underneath the ice must be a larger spot and a small spot on each side like a paddle I’ve seen this and other rivers not with us but other stuff where it just gets caught in between a type of whirlpool
Well here’s my theory. They’ve never seen this before if it was the ice doing that by itself it would have happened before in that same location because the river doesn’t change but the ice is a solid floating on a liquid and now that the Nemesis star system is approaching closer and closer the gravitational effects are starting to shift the crust of the earth very very so slightly. Which allowed that to happen if you know anything about physics. It’s on a certain point where the access is not changing on the only the crust the polls are staying the same but the crust of the earth is starting to shift so soon they say in August this shift and will increase and become more severe and that’s when will have volcanoes earthquakes tidal waves all these terrible things will happen for a matter of the week and then it will start to subside. And we will be left with completely new continent and Coast. And a much higher sea level. This is why these storms across the country and probably the world are happening so severely and in strange places like tornadoes where they shouldn’t be I swear it shouldn’t be that’s my explanation
