What do these mysterious finds tell us?

The field of archaeology is extremely fascinating and was further popularized by The Indiana Jones series of movies. And despite the amount of cool finds over the centuries there are 3 very mysterious artifacts that are still somewhat baffling. Do you know what they are? One is in Mexico, one is in Cairo and one is in Peru.  The fact that the items you will see are found in parts of the world relatively far from each other makes you think.  There were multiple advanced civilizations on different parts of the planet thousands of years ago. (give or take a few hundred years or more each) 😉
