Did you know about this phenomenon in The Cheyenne River in North Dakota? Apparently it has a perfect circle of ice of at least fifty feet in diameter (maybe more) turning in a perfect circular motion. A lot of the locals and other geologists have come up with their own theories but none of them have been proven.
There is no explanation and the narrator seems perplexed as well. In the Pacific Ocean and other large bodies of non flowing water whirlpool phenomenon have been observed. In this case there is no known explanation.
