Here is a quick sentence about what this device actually does:

Using patented ion technology, the ‘Smog Free Tower’ is capable of producing areas or ‘bubbles’ of smog-free space, allowing people to breath clean fresh air.

In a way it kind of looks like a ginormous version of those home ionizing machines.  What do you think will this work?  Would you support a project like this or would there be too many challenges and costs for deployment?
