Guy Makes a “Twin Grin Rodin Coil Motor” and it Works

A lot of the comments on this video thread are very inquisitive.  The inventor and community seems to be pretty willing to help out.

One commenter had this to say after watching the video:

All though this has been here for a while I want to say thank you and well done to the one who created it and is willing to share it with us. I do not know if anyone has called it a work of art or not, so I will. It is a work of art that is simply beautiful to the senses. I am going to try my best to make one of these motors soon but getting the magnets for the rotor may be difficult. I have a bunch of hand sized ceramic magnets that are semi curved but I do not think they would work.

NOTE:  DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME OR WITHOUT THE SUPERVISION OF A PROFESSIONAL

We hope you like this video and big thanks to Jack Scholze for posting it.
