8,000 Year Old Hand Prints Found to be NOT From Humans

Ok are you ready?  Here is the answer on who or what made these imprints:

But a study of the 13 tiny hand prints show that not only are they not human – but that they are believed to belong to tiny lizards.

These lizard prints were however used intentionally by the locals rather than random prints.  They actually handled the lizards to place them there as part of their art or communication.

The archaeologists involved with the finding expressed mystery as to the cultural significance of the peoples choosing these animals.  Why do you think these Egyptians would use lizards?  Were they lucky to them or did they have religious significance?

Feel free to comment with your ideas and check back for further updates.  We have a feeling there will be more findings to this story within the next year!

Lizard hand prints. They used lizard handprints as a form of communication. The people who wrote the article don’t know why they would use the lizards of all creature.
