This video takes a very interesting look at the universe.  Not in the traditional way by just observing formations through a telescope, but analyzing the potential underlying language if you will of the universe.  There are many math constants that we observe on earth and in outer space like the ratio of pi.

Is this narrator correct in that everything is based on mathematics?  Or is that just a mental construct that we humans use to make sense of things, an illusion?  Or both?
